Each team member will receive their own unique log in to the system. Agents will be able to monitor their teams activity, assign courses & learning paths, access historical data, track important dates like birthdays and work anniversaries and more!
No - even experienced agents and team members are having a hard time keeping up with all the new changes to systems and processes. These videos will show you how to gain precious time by using the multiple programs available to you efficiently. TMT's goal is to have new videos posted shortly after a change to a process made by corporate.
This is Service training. Each video includes actual screenshots of current systems to be used when completing service transactions. These are our recommendations on how to be as efficient as possible.
The 4 agents behind TMT have not seen the new screens or processes yet, so there is not any content on modernization at this time. However, here is a recent quote from an Ohio TMT Member.
"I am an agent in Ohio, training new team members has always been difficult. TMT has lifted much of the burden. I wanted to comment, that even though Ohio has moved to PC Modernization and that is not covered yet within TMT, there is more than enough content in TMT to make it work every penny of the subscription cost."

The team spends over 100 hours each week working on the platform to keep it up to date and add member requested content. So please keep the requests coming as we want this to be as great as possible.
Because Team Member Trainer does not have a Master Services Agreement in place with State Farm, we are a Non-State Farm Vendor.
It is important to keep in mind the differences between Vendors (ex: internet lead providers), Unauthorized Entities (the bad list), and Non-State Farm Vendors.
Team Member Trainer does not allow customer/consumer information to be shared, and there is no connectivity to State Farm systems.

Our support team can be reached via email, and we typically respond within 24-48 hours. As we all have our own offices to run (some with multiple), we are not set up for phone support currently.
This is against the Terms and Conditions you agreed to when registering. Each login is good for 1 computer at a time; we track IP addresses for each logged in user, and reserve the right to cancel service at any time if we suspect users are sharing their membership access. We kindly ask you to refer them to set up their own access to this service.
There are no discounts. We decided to price the product so that anyone could afford to subscribe for their office.

Yes! As soon as you add a team member, you will be prompted to indicate their experience level, and a learning path will automatically be assigned to them. Better yet, you can design your own customer learning path and assign it to your team member(s)!
TMT also includes dozens of pre-built courses organized by subject / product line. Agents and Managers can quickly assign these to the team, and the Reporting Tab will show you their progress.
